Ymunodd Jack Goodwin \u00e2 NMWTRA ar \u00f4l y Chweched Dosbarth, lle astudiodd Ffiseg a Bioleg Lefel A, a BTEC mewn Peirianneg.<\/p>\n

Roedd y cymhwyster BTEC yn rhoi sgiliau ymarferol a thechnegol i Jack ar draws amryw ddisgyblaethau peirianneg, gan ei baratoi ar gyfer y Brentisiaeth Peirianneg Sifil.<\/p>\n

Wrth siarad am ei brentisiaeth, dywedodd Jack: \u201cRoeddwn wedi blino ar addysg amser llawn ac nid oeddwn eisiau mynd i\u2019r brifysgol. Roeddwn eisiau cael profiad gwaith yn y sector peirianneg. Clywais am y cyfleoedd prentisiaeth gyda NMWTRA a phenderfynais wneud cais.\u201d<\/p>\n

Y cam nesaf yn ei yrfa i Jack yw\u2019r HNC Lefel 4 mewn Peirianneg Sifil, cyn o bosibl ddilyn gradd.<\/p>\n

Ymunodd Alaw Morgan \u00e2 NMWTRA ar \u00f4l cwblhau blwyddyn gyntaf ei Lefelau A a chymryd blwyddyn egwyl.<\/p>\n

Wrth s\u00f4n am ei phenderfyniad i ddilyn gyrfa ym maes Peirianneg Sifil, dywedodd Alaw: \u201cMae aelod o\u2019m teulu yn Uwch Beiriannydd ym maes Priffyrdd, ac mae gen i lawer o wybodaeth am yr hyn y mae\u2019n ei wneud, ac mae hynny\u2019n fy niddori\u2019n fawr. Gwelais hysbyseb ar gyfer y brentisiaeth a phenderfynais fynd amdani.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yn y dyfodol, mae Alaw yn bwriadu cwblhau HNC mewn Peirianneg Sifil cyn symud ymlaen i radd.<\/p>\n

Ymunodd Jess Shaw \u00e2 NMWTRA ar \u00f4l saith mlynedd o weithio ar uwch-yachtiau ledled y byd a theithio.<\/p>\n

Parat\u00f4dd y profiad hwn Jess gyda sgiliau bywyd hanfodol sy\u2019n berthnasol i\u2019r gweithle, gan gynnwys datrys problemau, hyblygrwydd, sgiliau cyfathrebu, dyfeisgarwch a hyder.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Jess: \u201cRoeddwn yn ffodus i weithio a theithio o amgylch y byd, ac rwyf wedi cael profiadau gwych sydd wedi rhoi sgiliau i mi y gallaf eu trosglwyddo i\u2019r gweithle.<\/p>\n

Roedd symud o gwmpas yn aml yn fy ngwaith yn golygu bod yn rhaid imi fod yn hyblyg; mae hyn yn ddefnyddiol ar gyfer fy mhrentisiaeth gan y byddaf yn gweithio ar draws yr holl unedau gwahanol o fewn yr Asiantaeth.\u201d<\/p>\n
