Investors In People (IIP) is a UK-based standard for people management, offering accreditation to organisations that demonstrate high performance through effective people management. It’s internationally recognised and designed to help organisations improve their performance by focusing on their employees.

We recognise that our team are key to the successful future of NMWTRA which is why we underwent an IIP assessment, and we currently hold a Silver accreditation, a standard which we continue to improve by focusing in the IIP’s principles; leading and inspiring people, supporting our employees, and delivering continuous improvement.
